Phase 01: Requirements & Reverse Engineering
Stakeholder interviews, documentation analysis and a thorough review of your current system. We reverse-engineer the core business logic to outline a solid set of requirements for the new solution.

Phase 02: Dynamic Prototype
A visual, interactive prototype built on top of Phase 01. Not production code — but you can click through interfaces, view dashboards and validate the logic before committing to a full build.
